An Atlanta Blogger: Global Mall

Today, I went to Global Mall, just off of Jimmy Carter Blvd in Norcross. Global Mall is an Indian Mall with some of the most gorgeous goods available anywhere. Gorgeous gold, brightly colored clothing, wonderful restaurants. It's a must see when in the area.

Excuse the glare from the sun and windshield. If you are coming from the north, when you get to Jimmy Carter, which is exit 99, you would take a right and the mall is two buildings down, on the right. If you are coming from the south (Atlanta), you would take a left off of the interstate and the mall is on the right.

There was a food court on the second floor with the most delicious smelling Indian cuisine and on the bottom floor there is a very nice Indian restaurant as well as a meeting hall. I enjoyed myself just pitting around.

In the afternoon, we took a trip down to Newnan where we had dinner. You know, they say that some of the best food can be found in little "holes in the wall" and that was the case today. We ate at a small chinese restaurant that we have known of for years. But their food is to die for. They must use all fresh and natural ingredients because it is so good. We really enjoyed it - but not the traffic getting to and from there.

I had a rather busy weekend at the hotel because of Memorial Day. We had a number of ball teams with us as well as people coming for graduations.

And having nothing to do with Atlanta and everything to do with beauty, here is my closing song for this post: Doris Day singing "It's Magic". Enjoy.
